Role: Sales Representative

Shift timing: A minimum of nine hours per day including breaks, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday 5 pm to 2 am (Evening).

Education: Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university

Job purpose:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare providers, presenting our services, and closing sales deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including medical practices,    hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, and online research.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing our revenue cycle management services and highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Understand prospective clients’ needs and challenges related to medical billing and revenue cycle management, and propose tailored solutions to address those needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in prospective client organizations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns to effectively reach target markets.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, and diligently manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience (B2B), preferably in the healthcare industry or medical services sector is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric mindset.

    Job purpose:

    Patient Help Desk Executives are the go-to people who provide assistance to patients about their medical bills, collecting payment details and sending statements on timely basis.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Analysis of patient aging report on Weekly/Monthly basis.
    • Keeping records of patient interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
    • Elaborate patient responsibilities and Update Bill Status.
    • Generating Statements/Issuing Invoices.
    • Contacting patients through email, written correspondence, or telephonic to inform them of overdue balances.
    • Answering patients’ questions on calls regarding outstanding medical bills, reimbursements, and billing discrepancies.
    • Handling payment details.
    • Creating suitable payment plans for patients according to our client requirements.
